Our Background

Most men have struggled with pornography at some point in their lives. As I am starting my own family, I want nothing but the best for my kids and wife. I built this software to help me and others help keep themselves and their families safe leading to a more rewarding life. As I have studied about the issues of pornography, I have realized it not only affects men, but also women and children. Surveys done have found 96% of men and 76% of women have viewed pornography within the past 6 months and some users have started as young as 5 years old. Pornography addiction was cited as a factor in 56 percent of divorces according to a recent study.

Getting my degree in mechanical engineering taught me the basics of programming. After taking a class on machine learning, I thought of all the ways I could help the world, it was exciting! Vigilant was the best, most rewarding thing I thought of. I spent a couple years while I was in school developing this software and have continued to imporve it after completing my undergrad. I will not stop building and imporving it until I have built the best software possible to help make the world a better place.

Pornography has a bigger impact on peoples lives than they think. It also impacts more people that you think. Are you wanting to be a successful business person? Quitting pornography will help. Do you want to get closer to God? Quitting pornography will help. Do you want to feel closer to your spouse, kids, and imporve all relationships? Quitting pornography will help. As I keep myself clean from pornography, I find all areas of my life improve.

 

Working to quit pornography can be very difficult for some people, but I promise it is worth it. This software will not fix your problem, but rather aid you in your journey to stop a bad habit of viewing pornography or help prevent pornography addictions.
